San Francisco Plaza Hotel

The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly, but had details that have made it a bad review: in the breakfast area, such basic things as a jug of water were missing, the hot area we found open and without the stove on, so the food was cold, the tray of cheese or cold meat, empty, so you had to ask to replenish what was no longer there, etc... And the rooms...you could not close the curtain well as there were the TV cables behind, right where the curtain, there were no plugs in the bathroom and those in the room some did not work, etc... We complained and were offered a change of room, but it was not a great solution, as it also had its shortcomings...Hotel without elevator (up to a fourth floor). Anyway, of all the hotels we have had on this trip, this one the worst... I do not recommend it at all.

I'm going to start because the rooms are full of moisture and gas, the phones aren't working and the rooms aren't ventilated. We asked to change rooms because the horrible smell of humidity could not be with the door closed, we are told that it is full and we seeing the hotel empty only came and made smell in the bathroom. DON'T GO IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DAWN SICK FROM THE MOISTURE OF THE PLACE.
