NM Lima Hotel

The hotel is in a good location, is well-appointed, and clean. However, this is what one would expect of most hotels. The housekeeping was very good. Nevertheless, the bar service needs vast improvement. I had to search for a "server/bartender". She made me a drink and disappeared. I had to ask for another drink after a long wait, and requested a menu for appetizers. She finally reappeared and just assumed that I was finished. She didn't ask if I wanted anything else. I gave her my name and room number, and never saw her again. Please be mindful that there were absolutely NO other patrons present. I left and sat in the lobby area, only to later return to my room. My husband said that another person came to the room and asked him to sign for my food and drinks. RIDICULOUS. I don't appreciate that her lack of follow up was used to make it appear that I was "skipping out" on my bill. DO BETTER!

Hector, Christopher, and Marco were excellent. This is an excellent and well run hotel in San Isidro, Lima. Great location with excellent food at the hotel. The overall hotel experience was divine, and I have worked in the hospitality and travel industry for 12 years now. I must say overall this has been quite an amazing experience. I highly recommend.

Four nights in Lima for a Congress at this hotel. The kindness of all your employees above all. They kept helping us in everything we asked. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. The spectacular location in San Isidro, close to everything. Excellent stay
