ROSA TORO

Me and my wife stood here for 3 days in April 2013. Service was ok, but WiFi is very bad. we Changed our room twice to get a good signal and we never got it. If you got lucky there was hot water. I believe what helped me was that I speak spanish fluently. But from what I saw, the staff does not speak English. However our stay was ok, but not the best. There was a great spanish restaurant right across the street from there that made up for everything. True Peruvian food, (Ceviche). Very low prices. If I had to stay at Rosa Toro again, I wouldn't, but that's just me.

Reminds me of my days living in Bogota. No restaurant. On a busy street with lots of horns. I found the services I needed but I speak Spanish and can manage. Not a spot for tourists I would not think. Room was passable. Earplugs essential. Came here because it was closest to my client's offices. Next time I will try somewhere else.
