This is perhaps one of the oldest hotels that this city has, from the entrance one feels its traditional style, with its Hualtaco parquet floors or similar, something that is no longer seen in the modern constructions, spacious halls; but to reach the rooms feels that the maintenance is not adequate. I was here earlier this year and from that time this part the towels look very busy, the carpets urgently need a change, the clothes are fine, the stove although it works needs a renovation.
Cleanliness is still good, but infrastructure needs urgent renovation
In the dining room the matter is more serious, if you do not notice that you are going to have dinner or lunch, maybe the menu is reduced to chicken or grilled meat with fried eggs
Precise are maintained, mid-high range

Looks almost abandoned as they don’t turn lights on unnecessarily. But don’t be fooled- rooms are spacious and clean, queen sized bed is comfy. Room has a bright and colourful feel. Bathroom is clean but could do with a better shower head. Located on a quiet street but a short walk to many restaurants and a hospital just around the corner. I recommend staying here.

As other reviewers have stated, Juliaca isn't the French Riviera. So Suites Don Carlos fits right in. The rooms are always cold, but they give you five layers of blankets and a (fire hazard?) space heater. The showers often lack hot water, and the Internet usually works about 12 hours out of every 24 ( just reset it yourself instead of asking for the desk to help).
If you want a good laugh, go to Boozers night club next door if it's open. Otherwise, look out your window at the sheep in the vacant lot beside the hotel.
