It was our 3rd time to stay in this hotel. 1st was with my family, the 2nd time was with my husband's officemate and the third time is with my husband's family.. Their toilet and bath was disgusting, it was very dirty. The Air-condition of our room was broken, we always call the staff's attention so they could have it fixed but they never did, we stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights yet they never did any action. even the aircon of the room that my companions stayed in is not functioning properly. We paid in advance, we paid in full and yet this is the service they gave us.
I will attach the picture of how dirty their toilet and bath is.

Stayed here for 4d 3n and all I can say is that It was amazing. The staff always attends to our needs and even asks us what we want on a daily basis. I also asked them to prepare a cake and flowers which did they so nicely. Awesome work guys. Keep it up!

First we booked a room from the other Sitio Hotel, which is located in different site. We were transfered to this hotel because of the hotel's double booking. Some would say this hotel has a good location - yes, if you enjoy the loud music from early evening to the middle of the night. If not, this hotel isn't your pick. We had a room in the second floor and the noise coming from the beach was horrendous at times. Lots of restaurants near the hotel, but during evening time they become very loud as well and the music is so loud that there are hardly any customers in those nearby restaurants which is a little hilarious.
The rooms are somewhat clean and comfy, but not anything too fancy. Service is great and breakfast is ok too.
If I ever come back to Boracay, I wouldn't stay in here - but that is just simply because the noise was too much and I bet there are quieter options in the island too.
Ps. The wi-fi doesn't work at all.
