Ambassador in Paradise

Staff was awesome especially Kent from the restaurant! Also, it was great that it's wheelchair accessible, so my mom did not have a hard time.

It was our first time to stay at Ambassador in Paradise Resort (4th time in Boracay overall- we’ve been to station 2 and station 0) and it didn’t disappoint. It was a long overdue honeymoon for our parents’ 50th wedding last year and of course my husband and I had to tag along. We had our concern as we came from Cavite and Quezon province during this Habagat season but it actually all worked out as God gifted us a few days of sun and the Resort with superb accomodation and service. From booking to airport/ boat transfers , welcome/reception, breakfast , beachfront and amenities made our stay comfortable and truly enjoyable. The employees are all so nice , courteous and receptive to inquiries and requests. Even the security guards all so helpful. We ate at their restaurant on arrival and ordered their signature seafood paella and it was oh so yummy. The reviews were all correct as they have one of the best tasting selection of menu with affordable prices. Even the buffet breakfast was heaven - delectable and surely energizes you for the upcoming day. Yes, they have this great beachfront view along station 1 where you can walk to willy’s rock and to the d mall at station 2. We occupiedadjacent rooms 753 and 754 as we requested with our parents. Ours was quite spacious - just wished the AC was much cooler but other than that all services / amenities were all great. Our parents room 754 was smaller and AC was okay. I do love the handwritten notes on leaves in our rooms. The pool was clean and well maintained. We love the many faucets scattered across the whole resort as you need to wash sand off from your feet. Umbrellas readily available at strategic posts were all so convenient. We wished we shoud have stayed a little longer than the 3 dyas 2 nights and yes, we will surely go back and book again for future trips. Kudos and more power.

This was our 2nd annual visit from Pennsylvania, USA to Ambassador in Paradise and we loved the 8-day stay as much as the first time. All amenities cannot be done better in my opinion. Clean, well maintained, well managed, and staffed by uniformed hardworking folks so nice and accommodating. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Anything needed is just a short walk in either direction on the main road with sidewalks or on the White Beach Path to Station 2. Nightly entertainment by local talent makes an evening more enjoyable with a delicious hand crafted and brick oven fired pizza with an ice cold bottle of San Miguel Pale Pilsen. Ever have an evening turn-down service with fresh baked cookies and a "goodnight" message written on a banana leaf?? Well, it happens here every evening and it is first class treatment for guests. One HUGE improvement to make clear is the airport transfer service provided. Last year was stressful with unknown persons grabbing our baggage and rapidly moving in a direction of chaos. This year, we were greeted by Ambassador in Paradise personnel at the airport and in their care all the way to the resort. AAA+++ improvement and must congratulate the Ambassador Management Team on such a process improvement. Well done! Thank you! We have not confirmed our vacation dates yet for next year but I'm sure that we will return to Ambassador in Paradise for at least 1 week for our annual 3 week visit back to The Philippines. 🇵🇭 🇵🇭 🇵🇭 Well done, thank you, and see you next year!!
