Extremely unprofessional service. Barely any English spoken. There was nothing discussed about the amenities of the room. In the room couldn't access the safe because customer service didn't know the combination. Overpriced for what you get. I wanted to book another night at first and they said to do it online and it would be cheaper? What?

This is my first review ever. I never do anything like this. But after this visit, I just could not write anything. I went to this restaurant today, to eat and have a few drinks. I ordered a pizza and a Pina colada to drink. And I kid you not. This is the worst pizza ever, in the history of pizzas. I could not eat one slice of that thing they served me. The cheese was not melted. The bun was whiter than Michael Jackson. It tasted almost like a old cracker, you may find in your grandma's cabinet. If I had lost the pizza down on the floor. It would probably have become more pleasurable and more flavourful to eat. The meat tasted like nothing.. Cheese not melted. Bun not even a hint of finished cooked in the oven.. I didn't finish even one slice of that pizza. I tried to drink the Pina colada atleast, before I asked the waitres for the bill. Then the waitress asked me if I wanted to bring the pizza with me, since I had not eaten any of it. I just shook my head.. I would have espected her to ask why I hadn't eaten any of it. And if something was wrong with it.. But no... So.. To sum it up.. If u don't want to have the worst experience ever. Stay clear of that restaurant..
