Perfectly placed in Station one Boracay. Robinson Mall and Shine Museum are just a short walk away, City Mall area and D'Mall area a short tricycle ride. From the very first moment we felt very welcome. And this moment was already at the airport where we were picked up and brought all way to the hotel. There was always enough room for the kids to play, for us to relax. The staff was super friendly, helpful but never intrusive or disturbing. There was always a little surprise waiting for us and for the kids - a snack here and there at the beach or pool, good night sweets in the room, nicely folded towels (like stuff toys) in the room (every day our kids were curious what surpise is waiting in the room). Everything was perfectly clean, beginning from the room until down the beach. Not a cheap hotel on boracay for sure, but when you travel more than 24 hours from europe to get there, it is for sure worth every peso. Summed up: A perfect place to enjoy and relax for us as a family. 3 little things we would improve: - The noise of the pump of the plundge pool made it a bit difficult to fully relax on the balcony - We would have liked to swtich on and off our balcony and plundge pool light ourself. But it seems the lights are centrally managed. - The wardrobes have lights and the sensors for the lights are not functioning very well. One was disabled on our request right after our arrival, the other one was working but we had to "slam" the door a bit to switch off the light

My husband and I stayed here for the first time. We were celebrating my birthday and automatically fell in love with the place from the moment we stepped into the resort. Their hospitality was exceptional. We were well taken care of from the airport to the speedboat and throughout our whole stay. The place reminded us of low-rise luxury condominiums, which made us feel like we really had a home. We believe they have the best beachfront and the best white sand in all of Boracay. Their beachfront is very wide and the white sand is very powdery. Rooms were clean. They would clean twice a day — in the morning and at night for the turndown service. Our room was located near the beach and had the view of the pool. Surprisingly, noise level was low especially at night, which is perfect when it’s time to rest. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Every request was met with kindness, and every interaction made our stay even more memorable. They had what I believe was called the Butler Parade where the butlers would offer snacks, cucumber slices for the eyes, orange slices for the cheeks, and a spray of Evian mist. I think this is a very special service that we have not experienced in other Boracay hotels we have stayed at. The whole property was secured as well. My husband left our camera at the restaurant and only realized it about an hour later. He came back for it, and it was still right where he had left it. I think for its price point, we have received far more than we ever expected — not just in comfort, but in genuine hospitality and care. The value we received went far beyond the price we paid. Because of Discovery Boracay and its staff, we realized that we didn’t just find a beautiful place to spend our vacation — we found a home in Boracay that we will always go back to.

We recently stayed at Discovery Boracay as a group of 5 adults, 5 kids, and 1 baby, and I can honestly say it was one of the most stress-free and memorable vacations we’ve ever had. From the moment we booked our stay, Leo San Jose from the Sales team was already incredibly helpful. He made the whole process easy, answered all of our questions promptly, and ensured everything was well arranged before we even arrived. His assistance gave us peace of mind, and we’re truly grateful for how accommodating he was. From the moment we landed, everything was incredibly well organized. Considering we had to go through a plane, van, boat, and another van ride with all our luggage and little ones, we expected it to be exhausting—but Discovery made the entire transfer so smooth that we barely felt the hassle. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks, and the check-in was done comfortably at the hotel room. Every detail made us feel like valued guests. One thing that truly amazed us was the housekeeping: mich, liz, mike, klyd, ton, and jen. Every single time we returned from swimming, our room was already spotless and perfectly arranged. I honestly don’t know how they managed to clean it so quickly—it felt like magic! What made our stay even more special were the thoughtful surprises for our children. Almost every day, they would leave little treats or gifts in our room. Our kids became so excited to come back after swimming just to see what surprise was waiting for them. My little ones even said, “The people at Discovery love us so much.” As parents, that melted our hearts. Another highlight was the Kids Club every afternoon at 4:00 PM. The staff organized fun games, crafts, and activities that kept our children entertained and excited every single day. They looked forward to it so much that we honestly never felt the need to leave the resort. There was always something enjoyable for both the kids and the adults, making Discovery Boracay feel like a complete holiday destination on its own. The service around the pool and beach was exceptional too. Every afternoon, the staff would go around offering complimentary Avene facial mist and serving delicious cocktail snacks. I’ve stayed at many resorts, but this level of thoughtful service is something I’ve rarely experienced. The lifeguards also deserve special recognition. They were incredibly attentive and even had toys available for the kids, making the beach and pool experience even more enjoyable and worry-free. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. Their warmth, attentiveness, and attention to even the smallest details made our family vacation truly unforgettable. Thank you to Leo San Jose and the entire Discovery Boracay team for making our stay so special. You made our children feel loved, our family feel cared for, and our holiday truly unforgettable.
