Grand Vista Boracay Resort And Spa

My partner decided to throw a surprise for my birthday in this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and supportive. We enjoyed swimming in their big pool as well as the pool inside our room. Going to the different stations was also hassle free since they have a free shuttle service for the gusts. Some parts of the hotel needs to be renovated/repaired but other than that, it was a great stay!

This is not a Western hotel. Within 2 minutes of checking in I was already looking for other places to stay. Place is completely run down. Safe didn't work, door to the room barely worked, faucet was broke, paint job inside the room was incomplete, the shower didn't have hot water and maintenance was a joke. Location is awful and taxi/trikes wont even go up the hill to the place so you have to walk a very steep incline. Don't be tempted by the price like I was, not worth a cent.

This is a comfortable, clean and well organised hotel in a reasonably quiet part on the island of boracay. A big wow having an infinite pool, where you see the entire view of Boracay itself. The staffs learned to recognise you quickly. They’re courteous and friendly.
