Niu Ohana East Bay Apartments

Me and my partner went here and we didn't like it at all. The place is super dirty, the service is bad and we have been trying to scam. They're very unpleasant. We do not recommend it at all!! There are.many better place where it is clean and the service is friendly nearby.

We stopped by for a couple of coconuts and ended up getting ripped off. Not only were the coconuts warm and not fresh, but they also charged us double the price of other places. When we questioned it, they simply wrote down a random price on a piece of paper—no explanation, no receipt. It’s not about the money; it’s about the principle. They may act like laid-back surf dudes, but their business practices say otherwise. Definitely not recommended

Niu Ohana East Bay is literally just a few steps to the beach since it is in front of Bolabog Beach in Boracay, Philippines. As the back beach, it is the best spot to watch the magnificent sunrise in Boracay. At night, you can stargaze while lying on a mat in the sand in front of Niu Ohana. Their service apartments are spacious with fully-equipped own kitchen and amenities. Accessible to everything, it is just around 5-10 minutes walk to DMall and Station 2. Very friendly and accommodating staff, especially Liza, who will treat you not only as guests but also as friends. Thank you for accommodating and being responsive to our special requests. You will also be welcomed by their adorable furbabies, Niu, Ohana and Max. The food in their restaurant are also a must-try - Pasta Negra, seafood curry pasta, grilled squid, palabok, pizza, among others. As mobile data is not working when you're inside the room as an alternative to wifi, they should consider placing a wifi router to enable a faster connection. Highly recommended, we would love to stay again at Niu Ohana when we go back to Boracay. 🥰
