One Mgm Boracay Resort Village

Through Booking.com we have booked a stay at the hotel for the period from 19 July to 22 July. We have chosen this hotel deliberately because the description states that the hotel has **four swimming pools** and several slides. These facilities were the main reason for us, as a family with children, to book this accommodation. On arrival, however, it turned out that **three of the four pools were closed**. This important restriction was not mentioned anywhere on the accommodation page beforehand. As a result, we could not use the facilities for which we had chosen and paid extra. If this information had been known in advance, we would not have booked this hotel. In addition, the information about the slides also turned out to be incorrect. On the accommodation page it is stated that there is **no minimum age**, provided that a child can use the slide independently. My daughter more than meets this condition. She has **five swimming certificates** and still swims with the **Rescue Brigade**. Yet she was refused entry. The hotel had even put up its own sign saying that the slides are **adults only**. This is contrary to the information on which we have based our booking. Due to this misleading information, the accommodation did not meet what we could reasonably expect. The main facilities we had chosen were not available or were not allowed to be used. As a result, our stay was seriously disappointing. The situation was so unacceptable to us that we decided to leave the hotel on July 20, when we had booked and paid until July 22. As a result, we not only lost two vacation days, but also had to incur additional costs for replacement accommodation. To support our complaint, we can provide photos of the closed pools and the sign stating that the slides are exclusively for adults. Also everything mentioned and show to the reception who have done nothing about it so we will also file an official complaint with booking.com Don't be fooled by their false information and there are many nice hotels in the street that are just.

We stayed in the Grand Paradise room with a pool view, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a lovely balcony where you can relax while listening to the birds and rustling trees. It felt very peaceful. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery that really adds to the overall ambiance. Service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and it was noticeable how well-staffed the resort is, which made everything feel smooth and well taken care of. My child especially enjoyed the pools, which were clean and inviting. We honestly had no issues or complaints. I also appreciated that they offer their own airport transfer service, which made our trip even more convenient and stress-free. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.
