Roy's Rendezvous Resort

The hotel is a few nipa huts , as well as a big concrete house if you want to rent it . Very familiar place nice staff who want to help. Breakfast is quite ok there are local choices and the usual with egg bacon etc. The courtyard is the garden tall trees that protect against direct sun , hammocks to rest in are under the trees .

They owe me a refund of $250. I had to leave and go to another hotel because the air-conditioning was not working in my room. They promised to refund me the money. I’ve contacted them several times but they have done nothing. I also contacted Booking.com And they were not able to help at all either claiming this was booked through a third-party. I guess that’s a loophole so that Booking.com doesn’t have to provide customer service. Very disappointing.

Whilst travelling around The Philippines I knew I had to go to the island of Boracay. With so many choices of accommodation on the island I decided to stay at Roy's Rendezvous. Accommodation is in bungalows or a two storey building. I was in a bungalow which was pretty basic. Air-conditioning and a comfortable bed and cold showers. But the breakfast served by 2 lovely girls was the highlight for me. Pancakes with mango. Coffee and whatever you else you need.
