Alright, first things first, this is for Hotel Supreme Mall and Event Center. There's 3 Hotel Supremes, and they are all literally just next door to each other, this one is the one that has the savemore and wendy's below it. Baguio is really nice, that being said? transporation is very very difficult from this place, but that's negligible, plus, from the 7th floor, and besides the road? it was relatively quiet, so that's always good. That being said, the rest of the experience was horrible. As you can see in the picture? the pillows had stains, that was already there when we got there, and they refuse to replace it, we asked for pillow covers instead and turned it around so we can use it, because they wanted us to pay to rent another pillow if we don't want to use the stained one they had in our room. same for if we want blankets, or anything. The housekeeping service was also spotty at best, specially given how they don't have that button saying you want your room clean (see the other picture), its just an exposed electronics on the door, with a printed our piece of paper showing your room number. you have to call front desk to have your room cleaned, and we stayed multiple nights, it was basically a gamble if they will clean the room or not. half of the time, the answer is not. the "mall" is really just a nail salon, a barber, a wendy's, a grocery store (savemore), a laundry place, a gym (that you have to pay for, because the hotel doesn't have its own gym), a milktea kiosk, a laundry place (that you also have to pay for, its a separate business, the hotel doesn't do laundry), and a dimsum kiosk. You better eat elsewhere if you don't want to eat wendy's or snacks from the grocery, because you will get hungry. there is a pandesal bakery nearby which had awesome pandesal, though. which is great for breakfast, because the "breakfast buffet" in this place? well abysmal selection would be too generous. Let me list what was there for the breakfast buffet. and mind you, if its not listed? its literally not there. like even for the simple things. for example, i will NOT be listing "tea" because ther eis no "tea", for salad? i will NOT be listing any dressings because there was none. ready? here we go, Beverages: 1. Cold Water 2. Hot Water 3. Coffee 4. Warm Water 5. Tropicana Orange Juice 6. Unidentified Red Juice, that we thought was strawberry juice, but wasn't and really just tasted like Sugar Water with Sugar added. one sip from my sugar addicted kids and even they went "that's way too sweet", and when i asked them what juice they think it is? they went "we have no idea what that tasted like other than sugar" Bread Selection: 1. siiver dollar pancake (im counting this as bread) w/ pancake syrup, and butter 2. Ube loaf (or i think its ube, its ube colored, but it didn't taste like it) 3. Custard bread (looks the same as Ube loaf with the swirl in the middle, this one was decent). 4. Kababayan cupcake Mains: 1. Cold Plain Rice 2. Cold Garlic Rice 3. Carbonara Pasta (with no cheese, and no meat, basically the sauce is just evap and cream mixed together then heated) 4. Fish Fillet 5. Adobo Chicken with marble potatoes 6.. Sunny side up Egg (that's the entire "Egg Station" Appetizers 1. Rice Porridge 2. Corn Soup (this one was decent) 3. "Salad" with no dressings (Im calling it a salad bar, but its really just shredded Carrots, and cucumber. no its just those 2 veggies) Dessert 1. a scary looking Coffee Jelly 2. Brownies 3. Overripe Cantalloupe 4. Overripe Papaya the breakfast buffet was on "Promo" for 299 pesos, which is cheap? that being said? i'll be nice and just say "go get your food elsewhere.... i would rather eat at the carinderia sitting next to the greasy mechanics nearby than here". On the plus side? the staff in the buffet are extra nice, probably because they are aware their selection is nowhere near being worth the price. All in all? the place tries to look fancy? which is nice and all, but it fails at every step. just get yourself an AirBNB, and that would give you MORE amenities than this place, sadly.
