Hotel Villa Rosal

We stayed in this hotel a few years back. I can't say it's good nor bad. Maybe in the middle. We were already paid when we noticed there's no aircon. Although it is acceptable because the weather in baguio is cold. But the shower was worst. The heater Sometimes work sometimes not. Just when you want to take a hot shower that's the time it won't work. And their breakfast was not the kind of breakfast I expect from a hotel. Although I did have a good sleep. And their bed was goos too.

It was our first time to checked in at Hotel Villa Rosal. At the entrance was pleasant and clean. But when you enter in the reception desk no greetings at all even smile (it seems that the staff don’t know the meaning of hospitality). For 2,405 Negative: - without drinking water inside the room -the room smell very bad -no tissue, toothpaste and toothbrush unlike other hotel was cheaper but they provide this all. -the hot water in the bathroom was not working -no even bulb in the lamp shade - the wall was so ugly and unhygienic -the service staff very bad -no air-condition only electric fan -no slippers (the carpet are dirty and smelly) Positive: -center of the city(only)

Used to check-in in this hotel because its in the middle of the city.but the bad things are.. rooms smells bad,bugs crawling in your bed,u need to run water for to long before hot water comes out.for 2400.
