Alona Northland Hotel

We're here for the second time. Nice place without the great luxury, but fine rooms. Clean and nice. Staff very friendly and very solution-oriented if you have wishes. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Cozy pool with garden.

The room was uncomfortable, right beside reception, noisey and riddled with massive cockroaches. We had to leave the next day. Forfeited 3 nights as they would not refund us.

Hello ..we stayed at this hotel - long 5 days. This is one of the most horrible hotels in all my years of travel. Usually Filipinos are very sympathetic people and distracted by any request. But in this hotel, the female staff are working like we owe them something. Breakfasts are terrible. ..asked to chop mangoes,they didn't say no,but cut them into piles.I asked for a knife and cut myself the next day,the other girl said she would chop,she did. But we didn't leave a tip. No more cutting she showed no desire..(usually tips ,I always leave at the end don't like fake ) If we hadn't lived in another hotel before, there probably wouldn't have been such a contrast in service. But there's something... We stopped by the hotel with the kids at 12 noon. (Who says check-in at 14:00 ,sit ) .but this hotel had occupancy that day ,only 5 rooms.... You could also provide a room ... usually if there are lots of rooms available. They do it everywhere. There are a lot of ants everywhere on the table, in the table... But I want to cancel nice and spacious rooms.Cleaning is good )) And a well-kept area. Comfortable slippers in the room). Tip one if you do decide to stay in this hotel ,do not take breakfast and no longer than three days . You won't feel like you're superfluous in this hotel. p.S. Decided to leave reviews wherever I could. And definitely, for the year, where I booked this hotel. Who says you should have gone to a five-star hotel .But I read the reviews and thought it's not inferior to the others .Especially not inferior to four-five stars.
