Panglao Palms Apartelle

My family went to this place but the experience is not so good. Late at night (10pm) we heard knock on the door from the care taker complaining that we are using too much water because they monitor the usage of each room including the electricity. But thats not true as we don’t waste any water we just use it as a normal person would do. Panglao is a very hot and humid place so you would expect that the guest would use aircon every time they are inside the room but again someone approached us with our electricity usage. They make us feel unwelcome and unconformtable. Cons: - 15 mins walk to a mediocre beach - Aircon is not working properly during our stay - very poor water flow - no nice place nearby Pros: - Nice pool

Quiet & clean place. Lisa (manager) helps with everything. Next door - great restaurant "Personal Chef" (It was the best on Tripadvisor No. 1!) To the sea about three minutes only. It was not the best beach on Panglao but it was!))) We had a great time!

Overall the location is good, about 20 minute ride to Alona beach... the room is spacious and light on the eyes however the bathroom clogs after taking a shower hence causing an unecessary overflowing of wAter.... a bit disgusting to be honest. Staff courtesy is ok only ... accomodating tourists going for sight seeing and activities however outside contact is better and cheaper. Overall my fiancee'and i had a blast, the apartment we stayed in could definitely be improved.
