good Wi-Fi. good pool. good location. bathrooms aren't so nice. rooms aren't cleaned while you stay there. I would advise management to clean the rooms daily and offer fresh towels daily. breakfast was really tasty

We booked the hotel through Agoda for 5 nights. We traveled from Cebu to Bohol for 4 hours by boat and 1 hour by trike just to find this hotel. In other words, we were beyond exhausted. Upon finding it, my boyfriend immediately said that the hotel does not look like it was advertised in the pictires. Also, there was no one there, except a lot of unftiendly dogs, even if we called beforehand about the time of arrival. We called the owner by cellphone and she showed up a few minutes later, I told her I was afraid of dogs and I could not get out of the trike because I have a really bad dog phobia. Instead of being sympathetic, she did not let us in the hotel and just kicked us out, so we had to find another hotel at around 4:00 AM at Panglao, Bohol after several hours of exhausting travel. I told her that it would be great if she mentions in her lengthy Agoda description that she has a lot of dogs, so that we would not waste our time any further. But she argued that it was my fault I have a dog phobia. Seriously, it was unreal. I had never seen a person in the hospitality industry this rude. NOTE: If you have a dog phobia, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

We booked 3 days in Acacia Sunset since we were on a budget and the rates were cheaper compared to the other places in panglao. We first got there around 9:00 am. We were able to check in but it took sometime before the receptionist were available. There was no receptionist when we got there. We got to our room - twin room. The room was spacious. It was okay. Nothing extravagant just simple. Well, we intend to tour around Bohol the whole day and just sleep in the room at night so we didn't really care about the aesthetics of the room. My issue is in the bathroom. It usually get flooded. Only the shower has a drainage. The Wifi is very poor. The aircon takes a while before it gets cold. Still, we cant complain since we got it in a cheaper price and well the staff are nice. And they cleaned our rooms, changed our sheets on our third day. It was our first time in Bohol. It's the most cheapest price we saw upon searching. We just got what we paid for. If you are looking for a place to just sleep at night, I recommend to book this hotel. But if you want to fully relax, I recommend to try some other hotels. It seems there a lot of resorts and hotels in the area.
