disgusting hotel, they charge 100 per person to get to the beach... consider themselves the exclusive owner of the island’s coastline and have the right to block access to it! It’s scary to imagine what little things they rip off guests for.

no bed for children, just a mattress on the floor, room does not conform to the photos of their bed, no confrt, NO WIDI, only at the reception, correct icon and beachfront, no continental breakfast served, restaurant out of place price,, ban on bringing drinks or food, to avoid, a lot of hotels in Alona, lively pmus and no more expensive, it's a lousy hotel.

Staff was not very accommodating. I always feel like I am bothering them whenever I ask for something. I asked to schedule a massage for the evening and was told that it was scheduled. No one came. Turns out, they never informed the masseuse. No one apologized for the incident. They just pointed fingers at their fellow staff, but no one dared to apologize to me for their mistake. Room TV does not work. If you want to watch TV before you sleep, bring your mobile phone or tablet. Wifi was extremely slow. I requested a beach towel. I was told that they would bring it to me at the beach. No one did. Again, no one apologized for that instance. No hot water shower. Not stated on room details when I booked it that there was no hot water in the room. Food was not worth the price. In-house transpo arrangement was too expensive. They don't always clean their side of the shore/beach. There's a lot of seaweeds and sea grass all over. Neighboring resorts are cleaner. I heard some other resorts are not just cleaner but also cheaper. It's more worthy.
