Isis Bungalows Beach Resort

The most positive aspect of ISIS Bungalows is undoubtedly its staff. Every team member we interacted with was courteous, helpful, and genuinely service-oriented. Since taxis cannot reach the hotel directly, we were dropped about 300 meters away, which made luggage handling difficult. However, the staff promptly stepped in and assisted us both during arrival and departure, which we truly appreciated. That said, the property itself falls short of expectations considering the price. The room lacked basic amenities such as a fan, refrigerator, and intercom. The bed quality was below average, and the window air conditioner did not even have a remote control, which was inconvenient. Although it is marketed as a beachfront property, there is limited practical use of the beach—no loungers or seating arrangements were available, possibly due to local restrictions. The reception operates only from 9 AM to 10 PM, which may be restrictive for some travelers. A convenience store (7-Eleven) nearby is a plus, but overall, the value for money is not justified. Attached restaurant options were limited for vegetarians. In summary, while the staff is excellent, the infrastructure and amenities need significant improvement.

The place is good but the customer service is not so good. Not very hospitable. It would be helpful if workers here are accommodating and not judge people based on how they look at a certain point in time.

First of all! It's not bungalows at all! Rooms on terrace and rooms as a hotel...So... We stayed at Isis Bungalows for a few nights, spending the first two nights in Room No. 1 and then moving to Room No. 6. While the location and food were excellent, we had several issues with the rooms. Positives: The hotel restaurant is fantastic—many people come here just for the fresh grilled dishes, and we really enjoyed the food. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, and you can hear the relaxing sound of the ocean at night. A 7/11 is right next door, which was super convenient. The place is clean, which we appreciated. Negatives: Room No. 1: The terrace faces the main road, so it was noisy. Sometimes drunken people are noisy on the beach, sometimes dogs, sometimes loud music. Room No. 6: The bathroom sliding door was extremely hard to open, which was frustrating. The toilet in Room No. 6 didn't flush properly, which was a major issue. Every shower had a bucket, but we had no idea what it was for. The room was listed as a family room, but we couldn’t figure out what made it family-friendly, we was as couple but anyway... At night, the next door played loud music hard rock style, making it hard to sleep. Overall, the food and beach were the highlights, but the room maintenance issues and noise levels affected our comfort. With a few improvements, this place could be much better!
