Linaw Beach Resort

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Panglao Pearl Premier White Sand Resort (formerly Linaw Beach Resort) on beautiful Panglao Island, Bohol, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine Filipino hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. Location & Beach The resort sits right on a quiet stretch of pristine white sand. Our room faced the restaurant, just a short walk away. Right outside was a comfortable lanai with a drying rack and private table for two (or more if needed). Being able to step out of our room, walk about 10 feet to place our order, and have our meal served on the lanai was pure bliss. The soft, clean white sand beach was magical — perfect for early morning walks, sunset viewing, or simply lounging with a book while listening to the gentle waves. It’s nicely removed from the busier Alona Beach scene, giving it a peaceful, private feel. If you want more activity, Alona is just a short trike ride away (150-200 PHP). Rooms & Comfort Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom offering hot and cold running water. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The resort offers a variety of room options including Superior Garden View rooms, Family Rooms, and apartment-style accommodations — ideal for couples, families, or groups. Facilities The highlight for us was the excellent restaurant. The food was top-notch, with delicious fresh seafood, Filipino classics, and international favorites. The menu appealed perfectly to my North American taste buds. Whether I ordered French Onion Soup or Spaghetti Bolognese, everything was authentic and excellent. The bar is equally impressive — they offer a wide range of cocktails, all made with care. I was amazed when the bartender picked fresh mint from a planter right beside the bar for my Mojito. Even better, they prepared a perfect Black Russian for me without hesitation (something I struggled to find elsewhere in the Philippines). Staff & Service What truly sets Panglao Pearl Premier White Sand Resort apart is its incredible team — and Artemio and Elieser are the absolute heart and soul of the resort. These two gentlemen elevated our entire stay from wonderful to truly unforgettable. We were incredibly lucky to have them as our main servers throughout our vacation. They are the perfect blend of warm, personable, professional, energetic, and genuinely caring. From the first day, they greeted us by name with bright smiles and made us feel like longtime friends returning home. Their service went far beyond expectations — always proactive, attentive, and happy to accommodate every request. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Their positive energy, attention to detail, and sincere desire to make every guest happy are rare qualities that make this resort truly special. Honestly, they provided the best service I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. Other guests we spoke with raved about them as well. Ricky and the rest of the team were also excellent, but Artemio and Elieser were the standout stars who made us feel completely at home. Overall Panglao Pearl Premier White Sand Resort is the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and natural beauty. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or solo recharge, this place delivers — largely thanks to outstanding people like Artemio and Elieser. We had such a wonderful stay at Panglao Pearl Resort! Huge shoutout to Jelly and Giovanne at the front desk — their warmth and professionalism truly made our trip extra special. We were pleasantly surprised when our seaview room had direct pool access — such a treat! The entire place is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a quiet getaway. The beach isn’t really swimmable, but the pool more than makes up for it. I already miss hearing the wind while lounging on the sunbeds. Breakfast is plated but very filling, and I recommend ordering a day ahead as it can get busy. The seafood platter (₱2,600) was absolutely worth it — fresh and delicious! Grab rides can be hard to come by, but they’re much cheaper than tuktuks. Thankfully, the front desk can also help arrange tours and transport. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and amazing service. Will definitely be back!

The hotel was nice and met my expectations. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. Overall, a good place to stay. breakfasts tasty hotel pet friendly, cozy rooms, a quiet placee.. I recommend this hotel
