Palms Cove Resort

Upon arrival we didn't know what to expect but were greeted by a super friendly staff. This isn't your typical upscale resort with all the finest amenities but what we got was more valuable than new facilities and upscale restaurants. * We got a true feel for the island as the property is located on a small street near Alona Beach with rooms and a tropical garden vibe that sets the tone for a great stay. No direct access to the beach but super close to Alona and all the shops in the area. * Not having a television in the rooms gave us an opportunity to connect once we started and finished our days in ways we haven't in a long as a family. * The staff was just amazing and the restaurant food was pretty good too. The pancakes were simply delicious. *A passport was left in the room and before we realized it, a staff member was already headed to the airport to drop it off to us. Again, they were the best!!! This place is a writer's paradise or the small place to relax near all the spots in the Alone Beach area. The location, relaxing atmosphere, cleanliness of the room, and amazing staff are why they receive 5 stars from our family.

I highly recommend Palms Cove Resort in Panglao Bohol. The super-friendly staff, including Raul, Janet, and Arnel, made our last-minute stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Despite the unexpected change from Henann Resort, Palms Cove proved to be the best choice for our trip. Book with confidence, as the service and experience exceeded our expectations.

A very nice little hotel a block off the busy main street. The rooms are fresh and the cleaning very good. The service is excellent, with super nice and helpful staff. The pool is not that big, but it is a short walk to the beach
