Do NOT book this accommodation. Booked this accommodation through hotels as it had good ratings. The hotel was everything else is fine. It smells like mold already when you enter the lobby, further down the hall and at its worst when you enter the room. Already in the corridor the walls were filled with black mold lumps and a mold smell. The room was also moldy and smelled of moisture and trapped, on closer inspection the wall behind the closets bulged out due to the moisture. We naturally asked about changing rooms and got after much if and but look at a new room on another floor. They too saw and smelled the same. We decided to check out even before the first night when we could not sleep in a moldy room, especially considering that my travel buddy is allergic and felt after an hour. The staff were well aware of the situation at the hotel and agreed that we should change hotel. When we tried to claim back the money for the stay we could not use, we got the answer that they have a “no refund policy”. This was despite the staff being fully aware that we could not stay in the hotel. When we have talked afterwards with hotels that we booked through, we are not allowed to pour any financial support there. Troubled embarrassing that hotels like big chain can stand behind accommodations like these and also not support their customers when it gets wrong. I’m on a backpacking trip with my friend and usually book accommodation for half the price which has been much better. Have been away for two months and never stayed in a place in this condition.

The hotel is in need of renovation with moldy bathrooms. There were long black hairs in my bed (I have short gray hair) and strange stains... The pool is cloudy and unusable, they don't have their own wi-fi but you have to connect to the public one which doesn't work well. It's full of stains, dust and sand throughout the hotel, and the staff are young, maybe 19-24 years old, and have no idea how to treat customers. The breakfast is a total disaster, a one-sided small menu with ready-made heated food with instant coffee. The music is played so loudly in the breakfast room that you can't talk, and if you say something the staff rolls their eyes and laughs. I have traveled and visited over 100 countries, and this hotel was one of the absolute worst I've stayed in. The only positive thing I can say is praise for the young service-oriented girl at the reception. The stay gets -1, and in value for money -5.

If I could, I would give it 0 stars because it doesn’t even deserve 1 Our stay was truly awful. We found cockroaches appearing out of nowhere, especially in the evening. We couldn’t even tell whether they were coming from the bathroom or from under the door, but they were everywhere. Shocked, we went to complain at the reception. They offered to change our room, but when we went to see the other one, it was no better: it smelled horribly like sewage. The staff tried to convince us that they had just sprayed some air freshener, but it was obvious that it wasn’t air freshener at all, it was the unmistakable smell of sewage coming from somewhere. On top of that, the rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and in bad condition. The air conditioning barely worked: every time it stopped functioning, we had to call someone to fix it, and shortly after it would break again. To make things worse, the power kept going out, leaving us without lights and without air conditioning, even in the middle of the night. Breakfast was terrible, with very little choice and low-quality food. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Avoid it at all costs.
