A huge shoutout to the front desk (Ms. Diane) for the fantastic service. The receptionist was polite, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful hospitality. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to help with a positive attitude, and handled every request with genuine care.
