Location: The hotel is about a 5–10 minute walk from the beachfront. While it is not too far, it can be a bit inconvenient if you prefer a hotel that is directly near the beach. Atmosphere: The overall atmosphere was not very comfortable for me. The rooms and surroundings have a lot of greenery, but it felt like there was too much nature, making some areas look more like a jungle than a resort. There were also rooms and areas that appeared abandoned, which made the place feel a little creepy. Rooms: The rooms definitely need improvement and updating. The toilet flush was not working properly, and some of the facilities looked old and outdated. The TV was also not a Smart TV, which made the room feel behind compared with newer hotels. Overall, the rooms could use better maintenance and modern upgrades.also the keycard is not working on power on and off.. Value for Money: For the price, I felt that the hotel was quite expensive compared with other budget hotels. There are more affordable options that offer cleaner, more modern, and better-maintained rooms. Because of this, I don't think the overall experience matched the price. Breakfast: The breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of choices available. This was one area where the hotel really made up for some of its shortcomings. Overall: Paradise Hotel has potential, especially with its natural surroundings and good breakfast selection, but the rooms and facilities need significant improvement. Considering the price, I expected better-maintained and more modern accommodations. If the hotel upgrades its rooms, improves maintenance, and takes better care of the surroundings, it could provide a much better experience for guests.

Through Booking.com we have booked a stay at the hotel for the period from 19 July to 22 July. We have chosen this hotel deliberately because the description states that the hotel has **four swimming pools** and several slides. These facilities were the main reason for us, as a family with children, to book this accommodation. On arrival, however, it turned out that **three of the four pools were closed**. This important restriction was not mentioned anywhere on the accommodation page beforehand. As a result, we could not use the facilities for which we had chosen and paid extra. If this information had been known in advance, we would not have booked this hotel. In addition, the information about the slides also turned out to be incorrect. On the accommodation page it is stated that there is **no minimum age**, provided that a child can use the slide independently. My daughter more than meets this condition. She has **five swimming certificates** and still swims with the **Rescue Brigade**. Yet she was refused entry. The hotel had even put up its own sign saying that the slides are **adults only**. This is contrary to the information on which we have based our booking. Due to this misleading information, the accommodation did not meet what we could reasonably expect. The main facilities we had chosen were not available or were not allowed to be used. As a result, our stay was seriously disappointing. The situation was so unacceptable to us that we decided to leave the hotel on July 20, when we had booked and paid until July 22. As a result, we not only lost two vacation days, but also had to incur additional costs for replacement accommodation. To support our complaint, we can provide photos of the closed pools and the sign stating that the slides are exclusively for adults. Also everything mentioned and show to the reception who have done nothing about it so we will also file an official complaint with booking.com Don't be fooled by their false information and there are many nice hotels in the street that are just.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at Paradise Garden Resort Boracay, and we were truly touched by the complimentary arrangement prepared for us. The setup was beautifully done, creating such a romantic and relaxing atmosphere that made our stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing team for their thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality. It’s little surprises like this that make a place unforgettable.
