A Memorable Stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay 🌴❤️ I have been coming back to Boracay for probably the **10th time since 1997**, when the island was still almost a virgin paradise and **Pink Patio was one of the few hotels around**. I have witnessed how much Boracay has changed through the years, and I can honestly say that our recent stay at **Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay** was one of the **best stays we have ever had on the island**. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely nice, warm, and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay. I hope the resort can eventually add or enhance its spa facilities, but despite that, we had a wonderful and relaxing experience. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was **the food and the people behind it.❤️ A special appreciation goes to the Executive Chef and the entire team at The Market restaurant. The team demonstrated a very good standard of service and, most importantly, they were so accommodating and understanding of my dietary needs as someone who needs to follow a gluten-free diet due to IBS. Dining while travelling can sometimes be challenging when you have dietary restrictions. But the team listened to what I needed, made adjustments, and made sure I could enjoy delicious food without feeling that I was missing out. And I always believe that good food makes your day happy!😊🍽️ The care shown by the Executive Chef and the Market restaurant team truly made a difference. It was not simply about preparing a gluten-free meal it was about making me feel welcomed, cared for, and valued as a guest. That is what I call genuine hospitality. After so many years in the hospitality industry myself, I have learned that protocols and standards are important, but they are not always the key to a great guest experience.What guests remember is the experience they have with people the warmth, the willingness to help, the attention to detail, and the genuine hospitality they receive.😉 Hospitality is about making people feel at home, even when they are far away from home. Thank you to the entire Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay team, especially the Executive Chef and the wonderful team at The Market restaurant, for making our stay so memorable. After almost three decades of returning to Boracay, I can truly say: This was one of our best Boracay experiences yet. ❤️🌴 Good food. Good people. Genuine hospitality.
