I stayed in the hotel’s so-called Presidential Suite, located on the first floor at the far end of the building. While the suite is spacious and includes three beds, two bathrooms, a four-seat dining table, a sofa, and a jetted Jacuzzi, the size alone does not justify the premium price. The biggest disappointment was the excessive noise. The suite is located next to the end of the building, with a jetmatic water pump operating directly outside the living room window. The windows offer little to no sound insulation, making it easy to hear loud conversations and other activity outside. For a room marketed as a Presidential Suite, this level of noise is unacceptable and made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. In addition, one of the bedroom window blinds failed to block the morning sunlight, allowing excessive light into the room early in the day and further affecting sleep quality. When guests pay a premium for a hotel’s highest-category room, they reasonably expect peace, comfort, and a restful experience. Unfortunately, this suite fell well short of those expectations. Unless the noise and room insulation issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this room, as it simply does not offer value for the price.

I visited 8 Waves Waterpark & Hotel for pool use. I heard there was a nice swimming pool, but it was a little off-season, probably because it was a weekday. The pool of expectation was stopped. I enjoyed it in a small pool because I came all the way.

The rooms were big as it accommodated our entire family of 4. We requested for additional folding beds and yet the room was still spacious. The people were friendly from the time that my daughter booked our hotel room via phone call up to the time of our stay there up until the time we checked out. They easily provide us with our requests for water and other necessities.
