El Cielito Hotel Sta Rosa

Toilet would not flush and also, we checked in for a few days and they had a policy that they only provide bottled water the first night. I was advised that if I booked 1 day , re checked in, book and re-checked in, then these amenities would then be provided. Also, towels were not provided the next day, again this must be requested. @ 4k a night, these should be standard, jmho

We were looking forward to stay here because it is one of the popular hotel in the area. The rooms are quite pricey, almost same level of some hotels in Manila. However I am quite disappointed because I feel like the price is not justified with the facilities. The room itself is quite old. Good thing the bed was very nice. The wifi sucked, the wifi at nearby motel is actually better than here. The buffet breakfast is very nice though, with decent choices. There was a water dispenser in the floor but during our stay it was not refilled. The personnel are very polite. Not sure if we will stay here again.

Last year (2019), we went to El Cielito Hotel for an overnight. We have a trip over Laguna and end up in Sta. Rosa. The room was spacious and nice. But the problem we encounter was we saw cockroach in the floor. Well, the funny thing was it only came on when we arrive but the whole duration of the night it wasnt. I hope the management may look in to this. Breakfast was great! Maybe one of those Hotel's that I visited that have good variety of food. And the chef, the Head Personnel and the staff in the dinning area were very nice and accommodating. Overall, it was a nice hotel.
