Tagaytay Wingate Manor

quite far from hiway. We need trycycle to go in and out of hotel. we had to go out and tour Tagaytay on foot. pretty much a hassle. too pricey for regular hotel. pool was too cold to swim in. pretty bad location, no mountain view as it was other side of Taal lake. Customer service was okay they were kind to us. We had to checkout that day so we asked to leave behind bags coz we still had to go to Tagaytay Picnic grounds and didnt want big bags to carry. I just took tryc to fetch bags again from hotel before boarding bus going home to manila. So thank you for the nice accomodations!

The place is so peaceful, clean and relaxing. The bed is so comfy, and pillows are so fluffy. The served a big breakfast meal that one cannot just simply finish it. Above all, staffs are so accommodating and alert to attend to all our needs. We will definitely go back again and again ...

The hotel is little far from the main road but by car, it’s accessible. The hotel is so-so with some cockroaches. The front desk personnel is not accommodating. I don’t know if they are well-trained but sad to say we feel like they don’t make you feel welcome. At first they said the room comes with breakfast and when we arrived, they said it does not include breakfast. At their rate, there are better hotels along the main road with a better feel of tagaytay and gives you a more hospitable manner of welcoming you.
