Apple Tree Suites

The hotel is nothing like my first few times staying here. I have a damaged TV that they refused to replace. The kitchen no longer serves all three meals, only breakfast. The Wi-Fi is down often.. The pillows are so hard you can use them to crack open a nut. I have all intentions of filing a complaint with my banking institution and attempt to get a refund for false advertising. Note: I was happy with this place my first few stays here but that hotel no longer exists. Be careful, you can do better for the price range.

The place was nice, especially for the price. The first time I stayed there, the AC was broken, and I didn't want to say anything. It was fine. I also didn't know the breakfast costed extra, and they don't serve anything past breakfast. You can order beer and water after breakfast stopped getting served, however. They were very nice and helpful. The second time I stayed there, AC worked great.

I liked how the room looked so clean and neat. Even if the room was small spaced but it was perfect for us. The hotel is a walking distance to Robinsons Fuente and the rest of Cebu. I just hoped they resumed the ordering of food so that the guests does not have to go out and buy food to eat- another plus is that in front of the building is the Punko Punko Fuente😅. The staff was accommodating and really worked asap our requests. Keep it up!
