Cleverlearn Residences

My family and I went here last October 2018 to have a place to stay because our flight arrival is at night, and we can no longer cross the sea for our beach resort accomodation. We booked through Agoda with an unbelieble price of 960 pesos! That’s less than 20 USD! It includes two bottles of water and a toiletry pack. Their room is very spacious for us. I am with my husband, and our three-year old son. The wifi connection is also good. Their staffs are also accomodating and friendly, with smile on their faces each time yoy bumped into them. What I really love about this hotel is the buffet breakfast included in our accomodation! I was really surprised because at 960 pesos, which is already really cheap, we also have an eat-all-you can meal! Although the food served has limited choices, what else can you ask for if the price is so affordable. We were not able to take a plunge at their pool because it’s not so sunny that day, and it’s a bit cold. We also need to leave early to head for our beach accomodation. Stayed from Oct.28 - Nov.10, 2018. The room is okay, with TV, AC ( worked well ) wifi signal not that strong, bathroom is okay ( with heater ). There were closets and a small fridge. Breakfast buffet, food is not so bad. You can order from their menu, price is reasonable. Pool is okay and everyone there is friendly. Good location if you're planning to move around Mactan or nearby cities. About 10-15 mins away from Mactan airport. Would recommend for families and backpackers. It is not a hotel, so please do not expect luxury.

Front desk...polite and good English Room: very clean, hot water, very quiet. Free Breakfast: oh..oh...it was FREE and should have been...they tried. Plates clean, tables wiped clean...we will return again next month..
