Simple, not expensive, excellent location, near mall. Friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to go by taxi, bus, jeepney to other parts of town including mango avenue and colon, where plenty of shops, supermarkets and restobars can be found. Cebu is a vibrant city, and easy to later move to countryside and beaches.

Terrible customer service they dont know how to handle guest concerns especially the Male front desk on duty April 5,2025 around 10:30pm so very rude he dont know how to respect and the way he talk so very rude . All front desk they dont know how to handle guest inquiries.

great hotel clean excellent front desk service/great breakfast buffet reasonable rates close to big malls scm/robinson very close to 2go boat pier stayed 3 nights no complains very safe taxi always waiting front of hotel 25 min from airport
