New Era Pension Inn

Been staying on this hotel for 3 times since pandemic hits our country. 2 stays was perfectly but this one was out of control. 1. The toilet doesn’t flush properly and it will take you forever to flush it you need to use the trash bin for water. 2. No show soaps or shampoos. None 3. The shower floods in to the room. Good thing I don’t shower long coz it might reach all my cloths. I hope the establishment owner will fix this problems.

The bed was clean but it will be more pleasant if they also remove under the bed dusts. I stayed 4 nights here for business purposes which is still good because the place has a very accessible location, and if you love to walk you wouldn't find Ayala mall and Sm Mall very far for I personally tried it. Price comes with free breakfast which you can avail anytime within the day. The staff are very friendly though they only speak cebuano or english, they give assistance with smiling face. This is Good for backpackers.

24 hours hotel service and security, better than most budget hotels. Parking on site is available. Free breakfast at the restaurant near by. In house Driver available. Transfers can be arranged at affordable prices. Great advise. Clean rooms. Safe area. Easy access to main bus terminals.
