Orchard Cebu Hotel and Suites

What was once a great hotel turned out to be worse than most hotels I stayed in. Worn out and falling apart. No more great restaurants in the lobby. No A/C in the lobby anymore therefore you are cooking waiting for your friends. Wires hanging. Broken glass and mirrors. The back yard is an absolute dumpster. Cockroaches with heavy mold in the bathroom. Nobody cleans nor disinfects the suites. It's like getting a downgrade from a first or business class cabin to economy class and no refund. The banquet hall turned into a dumpster. The parking is no longer there. Before COVID-19 Corona BS this was first a great hotel downgraded to a so-so hotel within only 3 years. After the Covid Corona BS the hotel went straight from so-so to deplorable. Do yourself a favor and do not book in the Orchard AS Fortuna anymore. Working for the airlines is the worst gig you can ever imagine with no hotel discounts that are falsely advertised to future airline employees.

I was in the hotel from 8 to 12 November 2019 ... A modest city hotel in a convertiment location...Modest mini buffet but you can eat....Modest rooms but clean.Very nice service...A small garden.. Good for exploring Cebu..Price adequate the level at the hotel...Good for affluuuuuuuuuuent turists ...Close to 3 minutes od foot Market...I didnt expect anything so more assessing it at middle level...

The hotel room I've booked seems quite different from what I saw online. However, they were very accommodating and easy to approach. My big concern is that the vicinity is quite old and somehow a bit outdated. Nevertheless, the entire facility was solemn and restful when we (My Mom, my Aunt, and I) stayed there. The breakfast was sort of good, because they've offered a buffet style dining. But I get a little disappointed when they didn't honor my request for a cup of green tea when we arrived.
