Stay around 3 weeks in this hotel and enjoyable. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Reception is 24 hours a day and very friendly. For the money 1100 pesos a night definitely good. The only thing what wasn’t good the wifi in my room.

One thing which made me decide to stay at this hotel is because they have a parking area for my rental car when I was in Cebu. In terms of location, it's just 5 minutes away from the center of Cebu City. There are also many taxis plying the road if you happen to need one. Quiet place during the night also. Smoking can be done outside, they also have some chairs and benches outside. Nearest mall is Ayala Terraces. Food is average and free for walk-in guests, however there is no Tapsilog option in the menu. The room is affordable, I don't like the ambience of the room I had during my stay there. It feels plain and dull like you are in a hospital room. The view at the back is a non-operating construction site. However, the front desk staff, maintenance staff, and the security guard were all very nice and accommodating to my needs. What I did not like most about my particular stay in this place was that their Wi-Fi Connection cannot reach my bedroom. Good thing I have a data, nevertheless having your wifi signal be available to each room of your hotel is still a big thing that matters. Can be considered a nice place to stay if you are looking for cheap rooms with easy and secured parking area.

Pros: - near Ayala Mall - cheap and budget friendly - serves good breakfast - friendly pantry staffs Cons: - cleaning of rooms is on per request basis only - wifi is a bit terrible😤 - no toiletries- just liquid soap - not sound proof! Noise on hallway is annoying 😲 - we requested a front desk staff if they could lend us a spoon but refused us. 😕 (it ended, we ordered for fast food delivery so we could get one and even gave us an extra.) Over all, for me, it's just okay!
