Wellcome Hotel

We stayed in this hotel with my wife for 2 nights. The staff are friendly and the service is really quick especial mention to Alyssa at front desk. Our toilet flush button get stuck and we called for assistance. The response is really fast, the maintenance staff is right there in a few minutes. They have free shuttle to Ayala. The hotel is getting old already and the facilities needs full renovations. We have noticed also that their linens is dirty white. The bed sheets has stain and the towels looks old and not clean. My wife was hesitant to use the towels. The management should do something about it. We love the live music during breakfast at Roofdeck. Overall we had a great time and we love the dried squid on their breakfast buffet.

All staff in this hotel is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was fast in changing our bedsheet at 12 midnight when my son accidentally vomit. The bell boys helped us packed the goods we bought before going back to the airport. Front desk was fast in checking us in and out eventhough there are a lot of guest also. The waitresses at the restaurant are very accomodating while we were having our buffet breakfast. The guards are fast when you need a taxi. The hotel just walking distance to Ayala Mall. My only concern is the room is a bit old. The aircon has a loud sound and its not cooling much. The room smells dusty. Some tiles in the toilet are already broken. Some furnitures really need to be replaced. A little renovation will do wonders in this hotel.

There's nothing really wrong with the hotel. The staff are nice and friendly and nothing bad happened, but the room was old and shabby, air con loud and the hotel generally a bit run down. The location is good, but we paid a lot for the quality of the room. We'll probably go somewhere a bit better value for money next time.
