Cebu R Hotel

The room is small and the breakfast included is only an extra. It claims to be a hotel, but it is an extended level of Pension House. Most of the guests are long-term Europeans with their companions, and the atmosphere is awful. It's less than a thousand yen and I'd still feel better staying on the Red Planet.

The staff were friendly and polite, rooms were tidy except the AC was not exhausting sufficient air (cool) it was so hot for the two nights we stayed at the hotel. Hoping they will be able to fix their ACs (maintenance). Near to restaurants and stores (7/11).

The hotel was excellent, with very friendly, helpful staff. It was clean, comfortable and well located. We enjoyed a complimentary breakfast each day which offered a range of foods. A water cooler was located outside rooms for refilling bottles as needed.
