This croud gave rooms to agoda to sell, we bought 2 for 2 nights and received confirmation from agoda. Post validation of our booking by the hotel, the hotel decided that the rate we we're paying was too low and cancelled our booking. We received no notification of this and turned up at the hotel to checkin. We were informed at that time that our booking had been cancelled due to circumstances beyond their control. This was a total lie and we received the email trail, where they admitted to cancelling for the above reason, but also to attempting to transfer us without consent to their words, "any other available property" This would undoubtably be an inferior property and we'd paid for the high standard that theirs is!! Disgusting unprofessional behavior, no regard for clients rights or the fact they breached a valid contract and then tried a foboff to avoid refunding us. Unbelievable, recommend avoid at all costs this property, if you wish to avoid being subjected to this management!!!

Newer hotel.. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Walking distance to Fuente Osmeña as well as Cebu Doctor's Hospital. The price with Agoda is P200- less than comparable hotels nearby.

Had a comfortable stay here for almost 2 weeks. Hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly, they even invited us to attend the hotel's anniversary celebration. Housekeeping is available everyday, consistently providing our requests. Their breakfast also offers generous servings w/ unlimited bread, soup, fruits and drinks. The hotel is situated near the Osmeña circle which has everything we need.
