GV Hotel Lapu-Lapu City

The building is old, but renewed partly, iclean inside now. There are super-markets, restaurants. around the hotel. It itakes 5 miutes on foot to the warlf of the ferry to Cebu port where you can catch big ferry boats, or taxis to the bus terminals.

I consider this the worst hotel ever. Imagine being situated on the 5th floor and yet there's no elevator. We had to carry all our luggages by hand. The CR is very filthy. You can see stains on the toilet bowl. The sheets weren't that clean. I even had some itches after lying on their beds.

The front desk staff was respectful but not so attentive to customer needs...(1) they could have offered us some assistance with our baggages since they gave us a room on the 5th floor. Note that they don’t have an elevator. So this place isn’t recommendable for people who have a hard time going up the stairs; (2) Didn’t give us wifi access upon check-in so we have to go down again to ask for wifi access; (3) rooms didn’t have telephones for easy communication with front desk personnel (refer to issue no. 2); (4) TV didn’t have a good reception; (5) no hot/cold shower. Place was clean.
