Park Hill Hotel Mactan

Room was in the back of the house, everyday traffic noise until 1am but for one night near Airport it is a fair/budget choice. Breakfast was nice, served with a lot of fruits. Stuff very nice and friendly. Security good.

Cheap, close to the airport. Good wifi. Satellite channels. Short stroll to plenty of eating places. 80 peso taxi to airport or walkable in 15 to 20 minutes. Staff nice. Very quiet.......however dont expect the Ritz. Very run down

This was probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived from Moalboal to Cebu late in the evening and were catching an early 6AM flight so thought we will make our lives easier by beeing close to the airport. And that is the only plus- hotel is 5minutes away with taxi from the airport. But trust me, it is not worth it. The wifi doesn't work AT ALL. Not even in the lobby. The towels had brown stains on them and sign above them with a "warning" that if we stain it with blood it will be extra charge. The bathroom was so filled with water you couldn't even stand in it, toilet seat was broken, lamp and some outlets didn't work, there were stains on a sheets as well, I mean... We didn't shower and slept in our clothes because of the conditions and had it not been almost midnight we would for sure leave and find another hotel. Just avoid it.
