Soto Grande Hotel And Resort

Very low quality hotel, air-conditioning unit is leaking, no outlet for charging, only one which is not very convenient and another in the bathroom, bathtub is old and not safe, room smells old. Noise outside can be heard not good for relaxation. We ordered food in their food hall we are the only costumers but it took 1 hr for the food to be served and its not worth the price as well, food doesn't taste good, waste of money, no hot water for shower, hallway near the elevator smells bad like a rotting fish. Beach is not good as well, the location is bad far from main tourist site, even booking taxi is bad as it is. We have to cut short our stay because we cant take another day, booked another hotel because of this reasons.

Disappointing the staff’s are not approachable and the location is inconvenient to be honest not worth it! The internet is terrible and the bath is dirty and tired looking

Nice place. Very clean and staff are nice! There are 3 hotels that share the same beach which has lots of marine life and one has a beachside restaurant and pool.
