Bluejaz Resort and Waterpark

Went here a while back with my wife and we were expecting great things. The pools were empty, closed and dust-covered. The chicken we then ordered was far from fresh. The room we were then brought to was dirty with broken air con. When I told them we'd changed our minds about staying there and I need my money back they said "that's not possible sir!". After arguing with them on the basis that the place should not be open in it's current state for about 1 hour, I finally got refunded. We walked around the corner to find Paradise resort which, in comparison to blue jazz is like a 5 star resort for a reasonable price. Long story short: go to paradise and avoid blue jazz!

Relying on a recommendation, we went here and was extremely disappointed. There is no road getting here and we used the other resort's roadway. I should had checked the reviews before fully trusting my bf who didnt do much research. Paying an entrance fee of 200 was a waste. Pool was depressing and the staff was limited. There is also another unused pool that smells and didnt make sense. The videoke wasnt working and we decided not to stay overnight.

This was very disappointing. The resort has fallen in decay everything is old and dated or worn down by time. What was build to be a relaxing place has become a depressing reality. The ruin on the beach says it all, the food wasn't that all. The pool is closed till 01.00PM we got there at 11.00AM must be a joke oh and they charge an entrance fee of 250 PP per head. A big NO GO!!!! Did I mention the music blasting in your ears? Two tables only and the loudness is deafening terrible........
