Casa Leticia Boutique Hotel

I had a short 2-night stay at this hotel in a King Bed Presidential Suite. Cost was Php3,500 per night. They do offer cheaper rooms so offer great value. Room was large with a fish tank and a large bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Air-conditioning worked well. Room was clean and spacious. The room had a small balcony with views of Peoples Park. Location was great with walking distance to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was included but very limited and catered more to the local market. I only had scrambled eggs, toast and a cup of coffee each morning which was enough to start the day.

Very nice stay on this hotel. Although bit aged, I like the place and the design of the small hotel. Food are good. Location is good, and nearby bus station and some good place to dine. It’s a nice hotel for business traveler and family. I will recommend this place.

The hotel as a whole is really clean Facilities are all working though a bit old Free bfast is good Staff are polite Parking needs improvement.You need to come early or else you’ll be oarking beside the street
