Grand Regal Hotel Davao

This was a terrible experience. Cockroaches in room after check in. Charged me more money as upgrade to move me? Hmmm…staff was not accommodating at all. I would not stay here again and truly advise you to not stay here either.

March 2022..i arrivedvery early as the flight from Manila PAL arrives around 5am..i took ataxi to arrive to Grand regal hotel..that was my 4 th stay..as the hotel in renovation the taxi came to back enterence..And very surprising ..in the front desk there is Ms.GRACE GUİLLENA ..very unpolite manner..she asked i have to pay 1500p for early enterence..i paid but she did not give receipt and give me very ugly room..she is very unfriendly person and treat guests very unpolite manner and bad attitude..Since that time i came again in 2024 2 times to this hotel..and satisfactory..But as i wish to make early reservation from 24th December to 29 December 2024 ..they increased the room rate although i stayed 6 times since 2017..in this hoteş..not good policy for trustful guests

Hotel was clean and service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious and complete with egg station and salad bar. There is Casino Filipino beside the main entrance of the hotel but casino crowd did not bother out stay. Hotel is highly recommended for a good and comfortable stay.
