Great service from the staff. Very helpful. Price is nice too. Location is great. I well stay again next time. Accessible to aome important places like the Bankerohan market, City Hall, and other nice places to hang out. Its in the middle of the city so night life is great as well.

What we liked: 1. Nice location - walk to Bankerohan fruit market, Roxas night market, stores and food shop, 20 mins from airport and malls, accessible to taxi cabs and jeepney and tricycle 2. For its price, it was clean comfortable and our stay was smooth. 3. Staff were easy to communicate with online and in person. To improve: 1. AC takes some time to cool 2. No toothbrush , hairdryer, coffee making set and other basic room amenities 3. Staff took time to assist with bags and other simple requests 4. No phone and no elevator 5. No bidet 6. Weak wifi

I had an excellent 3 nights stay there but there are two things make me upset a little bit. First, they don't have elevator/lift and I was assigned at the 3rd floor. So, I don't have choice but to use stairs. Secondly, the terrible WIFI. The internet was working only the first night bit on the second night until the third day of my check out, it was not working. I hope you will inform yor guest of what is happening on your internet connection. I hope you will fix the problems so that the guest will be more satisfied.
