Pine Haven Hotel

* No breakfast served - even though it is advertised as a B&B we were told that breakfast is only served during week days. * The receptionist is the house keeper, the chef, the maintenance person as well. She complaint about how tired she is and shockingly complaint about guests asking for an iron at some stage. * Toilet paper ran out as there was half a roll in the holder. * Wifi not working - there is a password, but no WiFi. * TV was not working * Aircon was malfunctioning and we couldn't sleep during the hot evening. * Bathroom door handle was broken and the door could not close properly. We were not comfortable asking for anything becasue during the time of checking in the house keeper seemed annoyed and complaines about guests staying there. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome

We spend 1 night at Pine heaven, the rooms and also the rest of the hotel are very clean. Situated in the nature a little away from the main road. Nice garden. Good breakfast. Our best stay in Guimaras. Only minus point, no remote control inside the room for the aircon. It got quite cold in the night. Very good wifi connection. Can reccomend it.

It was a bit away from everything so you have all the peace and quiet that you need. From the port to Raymen where we started off our beach trip this is located somewhere in between. It used to be a house converted to a resting place for travellers, very comfortable and relaxing. I should commend Aimee the host for being very accommodating and talking to us while we were there. The buzzer needs to be replaced though, but thats it. Will recommend this to friends. :)
