Whenever we are in Manila, there really isn’t another property we would consider. The Heritage offers an excellent balance of gracious service, well-maintained rooms and common areas, convenient access to the Mall of Asia, and an easy trip to the NAIA airport terminals.
The buffet is also excellent and represents great value. Adding it to your booking is a no-brainer and something we highly recommend.
What really sets the Heritage apart, though, is the staff. They are exceptionally well trained, genuinely friendly, and some of the happiest people you will encounter in hospitality. They truly seem to enjoy what they do, and it shows in the way they interact with guests.
We will continue returning whenever we are in Manila. Whether traveling for business or with family, the Heritage simply works very well for us and consistently delivers a comfortable and welcoming stay.
