Great services clean room top notch

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Makati. The lounge experience was excellent—comfortable, relaxing, and made even better by the warm and attentive service from Clarisse, Matteo, Alwin, and Sir Stevene. They were all very accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The location, cleanliness, rooms, and amenities were all impressive, but the genuine hospitality from the team really stood out. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and memorable. Definitely a place I would be happy to return to!

Really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Makati. The location is very convenient, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Our room was comfortable, and the amenities were more than enough to make our stay enjoyable. We also spent some time at the lounge and had a great experience. Thank you to Gryn, Jean, Alwin, and Sir Steven for being so welcoming and attentive. They were all pleasant to deal with and made sure we were comfortable during our visit.
