Makati Shangri-la Manila

The welcome hostess and receptionists were marvelous. After a sleepless journey they brought warmth, kindness and help. Ajay at reception helped daily from check-in to check-out. Hostesses Teressa and Gwen gave cheerful chat and good advice about the local area. The concierge guys helped with luggage and finding a grab car to leave to airport. Circle restaurant team and the cafe also very friendly and helpful. I'd love to stay and work from here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Makati Shangri-La. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Makati and within walking distance of shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment options. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. We especially enjoyed the facilities, the beautiful ambience, and the excellent breakfast selection. The attention to detail and personalised service truly reflect the Shangri-La standard. A special mention to the team for making our stay memorable. We felt well taken care of throughout our visit and would definitely return on our next trip to Manila. Highly recommended!

Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained making it the perfect place for our first time staying here.
