Let me start by saying that the customer service here is second to none. I had a non-refundable reservation for March 2026. However since I was flying with Qatar Airways, my plane ended up getting canceled due to the war in the Middle East. I wrote them and asked if it was possible to move the reservation to August 2026 due to this special situation and within 48 hours this was confirmed (Thx Karl). They didn’t have to do this (since my reservation was non-refundable) and I would have had to do the hassle of getting my money back from my travel insurance. So thank you Picasso!! As always this was a perfect stay. Nice room (Malaga Studio), clean and the staff was very helpful and nice.
