We had a nice and pleasant overnight stay. Sophia from the Front Office was very accommodating and welcoming, from our check-in until check-out, which made our experience smooth and comfortable.
We would also like to commend Ms. Tess from the Housekeeping Department for attending to our service request very well and promptly. We also appreciate the colleagues at the Pool Bar for being accommodating and attentive despite the number of guests and orders. Even though it was very busy, they still made sure that my partner and I were attended to properly and received good service.
Overall, we had a wonderful overnight stay and truly appreciated the warm and attentive service from the team. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!
